For certain reasons of hygiene, understand that we do not accept the return of used products. A return is considered eligible only if the conditions and instructions of the after-sales service are respected. In all cases, and first of all, please contact customer service by e-mail.
Conditions to be respected:
1. Hair must be in its original condition. A weaving package must be intact. It must not have been unwrapped, brushed or even worn. The collar must be in place. The package must be in its original packaging.
2. Hair should be odorless. The presence of an odor of perfume, a treatment or a shampoo will make a wick ineligible for return and / or exchange.
3. After validation of the return conditions with technical support, the return must be made 10 days after receipt of your order (the DHL Express delivery slip is the proof).

Upon receipt of the return, the refund will be made within 20 working days by the accounting department.
- For a payment by bank card, the refund will be credited to the account linked to it.
- For a payment by Paypal, the refund will be credited to the original Paypal account of the order.
